Schramsberg Mirabelle Brut Rosé, North Coast, NV

This wine is a blend of 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir from Schramsberg’s select cool-climate vineyards in the Carneros, the Anderson Valley, and the Sonoma and Marin coastal areas of Northern California.Northern California.

It has generous aromas of strawberry, guava, Ruby grapefruit, cherries and candied orange. On the palate, you’ll discover flavors of ripe red cherry, juicy orange and lemon zest. This wine has a creamy rich mouthfeel and a lively acidity. While delicious on its own, the multi-vintage Mirabelle Rosé also pairs well with dishes ranging from grilled salmon, country fried chicken, BBQ pork ribs, Caprese salad, poke tuna, classic Hawaiian pizza or simple pastas.
