The Mionetto Prosecco is made from 100% Glera using the Charmat Method in which the wine’s secondary fermentation occurs in a tank instead of the bottle. The result is a light, fresh sparkling at a very reasonable price.

This wine has aromas of citrus and green apple an don the palate is light-bodied and fresh with a dry finish. It’s the perfect bubbly to enjoy on its own as an aperitif, or as a delightful complement to appetizers such as prosciutto or mild cheeses. It’s also the perfect sparkler to use as a base for Mimosas, Bellinis and other sparkling wine-based cocktails like Pomegranate-Rosemary Royales.
