Made from a blend of the finest Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, Champagne Ayala's Brut Majeur is the epitome of a non-vintage brut from a great, historic House. Extended ageing in our cellars and a low dosage make this wine suitable for any occasion; it is the finest ambassador for the House’s freshness and elegance.

The Ayala Brut Majeur is a blend of all three classic Champagne grapes: 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir & 20% Pinot Meunier made in the Methode Traditionelle. The wine is aged for 3 years on the lees prior to disgorgement resulting in a fresh elegant Champagne with notes of citrus, white flowers and a lovely, lengthy finish.
